Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled to see the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center reopen as it's my favorite hotel in the city. The location is unbeatable right across from the PPG Paints Arena, making it perfect for my annual visit to see the Penguins. However, I was disappointed that breakfast closes at 11 on weekends, which didn't accommodate my schedule after attending church on Sunday.
My recent stay at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center had its ups and downs. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, really making me feel welcomed. However, I encountered several issues with my room, including cleanliness and maintenance problems that affected my comfort during the stay. Overall, while the location was fantastic for my needs, the room experience left something to be desired.
I enjoyed the hotel's location for its proximity to downtown and the PPG Paints Arena, making it easy to walk to restaurants and events. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, a definite plus. However, the parking situation was frustrating as I ended up paying more than expected, and my check-in experience could have been smoother.
I had a mostly positive stay at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center. The location was perfect for attending events at the PPG Arena, and the room was comfortable and spacious. However, I encountered some cleanliness issues and delays with the elevators during busy times, which could be improved upon.
I had a mixed experience at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center. The warm and helpful staff really stood out, and I appreciated the spotless condition of my room upon arrival. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the hot water during my stay, which detracted from my overall comfort. Despite these hiccups, the hotel's excellent location made it easy to enjoy the nearby attractions.
